Having worked in the central London market for more than 30 years, John has a proven track record over many market cycles of delivering high returns through a proactive approach to strategy, asset management and transactional delivery.

He began his central London career at Richard Ellis (now CBRE) before joining Lewis Ellis where he helped create a highly successful niche investment agency. In 2009, John was a founding partner of H2SO, a market-leading specialist West End boutique agency, where he was involved in many of the sector’s highest-profile deals. Four-and-a-half years later, when the business was acquired by Colliers International, he became Co-Head of London Capital Markets.

Throughout his career, John has forged lasting relationships with his clients, and always prefers to work in close partnership with them. His most prominent clients over the years include Aberdeen Standard, LaSalle, WPP, The Crown Estate, Sir Richard Sutton and Lazari.

John lives in London with his wife and two sons. Outside work he enjoys most sport but especially cricket and golf. He has also fly fished in some of the world’s most remote places for anything that will take to his fly.
