Simon has two decades of experience in the central London investment market, working with a variety of domestic and international investors on a diverse array of high profile projects across London.

Simon started his career at CB Hillier Parker / CBRE, before moving to DTZ, where he headed up the cross-border investment team with a focus on international capital flows into London, before ultimately moving to Savills in 2012, where he was a senior director acting for clients including AEW, AXA IM, Brockton Capital, CC Land, CSAM, DTZ Investors, Legal & General, Meyer Bergman, PATRIZIA and Thor Equities.

Outside of work, Simon lives in London with his wife and two children. He loves all things outdoors and is an avid traveller, usually planning his trips around his passion for skiing and surfing.
