The capital markets team, acting on behalf of Hondo, have sold 12-13 Wells Mews to DWS for £43,280,000.

The RX London team have worked on this building from inception, from purchasing the site for Hondo, re-gearing the head lease, pre-letting the offices and now selling the fully-let building. 12-13 Wells Mews is a prime example of how our leasing and capital market teams intrinsically work together to achieve optimum results for our clients.

Designed by Ben Adams Architects, 12-13 Wells Mews is a stunning 22,798 sq ft converted warehouse building which is fully let to Adyen and Motorway.
